RCI holds web administration and management session among campus heads

Roosevelt College, Inc. (RCI) campus heads and their IT staff were convened for a session on website administration and management on November 19, 2016 at RCI Cainta College Computer Laboratory. Aligned with improvements being implemented by the management, the activity primarily aimed to equip the website focal persons in RCI campuses with skills in uploading materials (articles, photos  or videos) on the RCI official website (www.rooseveltcollege.edu.ph) to be vetted by the website administrator.  Moreover,  the session was intended to familiarize the participants with other technical considerations that impact on web management.

Tertiary Education and Graduate School Dean, Dr. Aldrin Darilag, in his welcome message, encouraged everyone to collaborate, communicate and be wired within the academic network.  He underscored the activity as a good jumpstart to showcase the highlights and best practices of RCI in line with revitalizing its curricular programs as well as emergent opportunities that RCI could offer in the academic community.

At the end of the activity, the group came up with agreements on updating their respective websites. RCI has 5 campuses, namely Cainta, Cubao, Marikina, Rodriguez and San Mateo.

Mr. Angelito Lerit, college professor and chair of the Institute of Computer Studies, served as the session’s resource person.
