A. Guidance and Counseling Services
The guidance and counseling services have for their main objective the maximum development of the students through the attainment of self-realization, social competence, and civic responsibility.

A student is free to approach the Guidance Counselor for guidance and counseling.
The library is a teaching facility. It handles books, other reading materials, and audiovisual equipment. It is open from 7:30 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. daily, Monday to Friday, without noon break. The schedule on Saturday depends on the need for the semester.
1. Students are encouraged to make use of the library properly.
2. Every student must present his/her ID at the library entrance. No ID, No ADMITTANCE. Students must leave their belongings at the counter provided for them.
3. Borrowed books, magazines, etc., must be returned at the proper time and place.
4. Any student caught mutilating or destroying pages of books magazines, etc. will be required to replace the material with a new one, or pay the corresponding amount in cash.
C. Nursing Skills Laboratory
The Institute maintains a fully air-conditioned nursing skills laboratory equipped with adequate instruments, equipment supplies simulating a hospital setting. A mini amphitheatre is designed to provide an ideal set up for lecture and enough space to accommodate outsized classes during demonstrations.
D. Science Laboratories
The Institute maintains well equipped science laboratories. The rooms have adequate space in the provision of nursing procedures, demonstration, exhibits, and experiments necessary for effective teaching.
E. Nutritional Laboratory
The Institute maintains a fully equipped kitchen laboratory with sufficient working areas for students in their hands-on training in Food Preparation IV.
The clinic is open from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. without a break. It is supervised by a school physician, a dentist, and two school nurses. The clinic personnel provides first aid in cases of emergencies, takes care of ailing students while in school, and conducts general physical and dental examinations. The staff is available for consultation on health matters and is responsible for the health records or reports required by the Department of Health. Ailments of students and school personnel are referred to private physicians. Medicine is dispensed only upon the advice of the physician and for the immediate use of the students. When hospitalization is necessary, the student is brought to a nearby hospital and an immediate report is made to the parents/guardians.
A permission from the Dean/Department Chairman to leave the campus is necessary when the student needs to go home (See clearance for PERMISSION TO LEAVE THE CAMPUS).
Meals, snacks, and refreshments are available at the school canteen at reasonable prices. The canteen is open from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
H. RCEE Book Center & School Supplies
Textbooks are sold at the designated book center during registration period. School supplies are sold the entire school year.
I. Postal Service
Incoming mail for distribution to students are under the management of the Records Officer.
J. Public Telephone Services
For the convenience of students and parents, public telephone booths are available at the lobby of the school.
